Your Role at SafelyYou
We are seeking a highly experienced Contract Recruiter for a 6-month contract to help us scale efficiently. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, demanding environment and has experience scaling teams in a startup setting.
You will partner closely with our Recruiting Lead and work collaboratively with hiring managers to recruit for a variety of roles across Go-To-Market, Operations, and Technical teams. This position requires full-cycle recruiting expertise, including sourcing, outreach, scheduling, managing interviews, and driving the offer process.

You will partner closely with our Recruiting Lead and work collaboratively with hiring managers to recruit for a variety of roles across Go-To-Market, Operations, and Technical teams. This position requires full-cycle recruiting expertise, including sourcing, outreach, scheduling, managing interviews, and driving the offer process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple open roles, from outreach and sourcing to scheduling, interviews, and offer negotiation
- Work closely with our Recruiting Lead and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, align on priorities, and ensure a smooth recruiting process
- Source and engage top talent through proactive outreach, referrals, and networking, ensuring a strong pipeline of high-quality candidates
- Conduct initial screenings and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit
- Own interview coordination and scheduling, ensuring seamless communication between candidates and hiring teams
- Track candidates through our ATS and ensure a high-quality candidate experience
- Optimize and suggest improvements to the hiring processes to support rapid scaling while maintaining a high bar for talent
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth startup
- Experience hiring across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, and Technical roles
- Strong track record of advising and coaching hiring managers with varied experience levels
- Experience with change management and driving buy-in for process improvement
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail for scheduling and communication
- Familiarity with ATS tools and modern recruitment strategies
- Strong collaboration skills to partner effectively with hiring managers and the Recruiting Lead
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for attracting top talent
- MUST be located in the Mountain Pacific Time Zone
- 6-month contract with potential for extension
- Potential incentives for each hire made
- 30 - 40 hours per week with a flexible schedule
- Remote position with ability to support hiring across multiple time zones
